Baker Fashion Week: Day Three

This one is from Gramma too...it was his Super Bowl outfit

I also wanted to post a small update. A few things:

1. Colin's hair is getting darker! No more "tow head." It's kinda red in some spots and dirty blond in others, even his eye lashes and eye brows are getting darker.

2. Colin has been doing much better at night. He has been in bed by 7:30 every night this week and last night he slept for 8 1/2 hours straight, then another 3 1/2 after a little middle-of-the-night-snack.

3. He's doing really well with his head and I think he'll be rolling over any day now!

4. His smiles are becoming more frequent.

5. Since we've been on Jenny Craig (5 weeks now), Daddy has lost 8 pounds and 3 inches overall. Momma has lost 9 pounds and 9 inches overall.

6. Our kitchen, guest room and downstairs bath should all be done by the end of the week (but, we've heard that one before!) I'll post pictures of that as soon as I can.

Too Cute for Words!

These were taken this morning as Colin was staring up at his star on his play mat...and he's naked because mommy was getting the bath ready.

Happy Valentine's Day!

On Colin's first Valentine's Day he wanted to wish everyone out there a happy one, and let them all know how much he loves and appreciates them! A special thank you to GG, Great Gramma Lorraine, Aunt Karen, and Gramma and Grandpa Baker for the wonderful cards and gifts!

I also wanted to tell you all some exciting news...Colin slept 8 hours straight last night! I don't know if this is the beginning of something wonderful or if he was just exhausted...but it was nice, and he was a good boy!

Colin Waves Bye

This is a short video I took of Colin playing in his bouncy chair, I was trying to get him in a "talkative" mood, so you could all hear his coos. Notice at the end when I say to tell everyone goodbye he throws up his little hand and waves. It's amazing how often he does something like that, like he can really understand what we are saying.
